Symptoms - All shopvue terminals and remote connections closed and could not be reistablished
Observations - ACL-VH01 showed that COL-S02-SHOPVUE VM was down
Resolution - Restarted the VM COL-S02-SHOPVUE
Root Cause Analysis - ACL-VH01 ran into error 0xEB4D0FD4 and 0x300472E7 which indicate a systems resource issue. No further information was captured in the event log to determine a method in which to prevent this from re-occurring. I have updated the Hyper V Worker Logs to reporter more detailed information if this sort of crash happens again so that we may determine further the cause of the crash.
